Missions
With being a disciple comes the responsibility that Christ laid on ALL His disciples to join with Him in the work He is doing in the world in drawing all people to Himself (John 12:32). Jesus therefore said: “All authority in heaven and on earth has been given to me. Go therefore and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, teaching them to observe all that I have commanded you. And behold, I am with you always, to the end of the age.” (Matthew 28:18-20 ESV)
Therefore we at Renton Park Chapel recognize that we have the joyous task of helping to spread the Good News of salvation into all the world and discipling men, women, boys, and girls into becoming mature followers of Jesus Christ who are thoroughly equipped to themselves disciple others. This is why we participate in missions and support numerous missionaries throughout many areas of the world.
